Construction Progress Update – OPALION

Strong Progress Across All Phases

Construction at Opalion is progressing at a strong and steady pace, with the March 2027 delivery timeline now clearly in sight. We are pleased to share the latest on-site developments, reflecting excellent momentum across all phases of the project.

Structural Works

Concrete works on Block A have been successfully completed. Works on Block B are also nearing completion and are scheduled to be finalized next week, marking the completion of a key structural milestone for the development.

Wall Construction

Wall construction on the third and final floor of Block A is progressing well and is expected to be completed before the Easter break.

For Block B, wall construction on the third floor is set to commence next week, with completion anticipated within a two week period.

Internal Works & Finishes

Internal works are already underway, with finishes, sanitary ware, and false ceilings on the first floor of Block A currently at approximately 80% completion.

Following the Easter break, the pace of works is expected to increase significantly, with finishes progressing rapidly across all levels of both buildings.

Infrastructure & External Works

External boundary wall construction and electromechanical underground installations have already commenced, well ahead of schedule, further strengthening the project’s overall progress.

Show Flat Nearing Completion

The show flat is scheduled for completion within the next month and will be fully fitted with all finishes, carpentry, and electromechanical installations.

This milestone will play a key role in supporting ongoing sales activity, offering clients a clear and tangible experience of the final product.

Looking Ahead

With strong progress across all fronts, works are set to accelerate further after the Easter break, keeping the project firmly on track for timely delivery.
