ADELAIDE HOUSE
ADELAIDE HOUSE comprises only three spacious apartments, each featuring its own unique advantage point. Apartment 9A features a private outdoor spa and large garden that are ideal for residents seeking a tranquil retreat. Residents of Apartment 9B enjoy access to their very own private swimming pool, while Apartment 9C is located on the first floor and boasts its very own roof garden complete with a private spa.
LA TRAVIATA HOUSE
LA TRAVIATA HOUSE comprises three apartments of three and four bedrooms. Each apartment boasts unique advantages, from private swimming pools to outdoor spas and generous garden spaces. A basement area is available for use as a private wine cellar, sauna, home cinema, or even laundry room, while each apartment is fitted with marble floors and granite counter tops. Many of the bedrooms are en-suite, while all verandas are favourably positioned to ensure spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea.
