Maisonettes
There are a total of two duplex maisonettes and one triplex maisonette located within AIDA and CARMEN HOUSES, all facing the communal swimming pool. The maisonettes are exquisitely designed and built to high standards using tastefully chosen materials and finishings.

DUPLEX MAISONETTES
The duplex maisonettes feature bright and spacious living and dining areas decorated in warm, earthy tones. Large windows allow residents to take advantage of Cyprus’ year round sunshine, creating an airy space that is filled with light and warmth. The maisonettes comprise two en-suite bedrooms and a family room on the first floor, and an additional en-suite bedroom on the ground floor. TRIPLEX MAISONETTE
The triplex maisonette features three large en-suite bedrooms, two of which boast their own walk-in wardrobes.
