Maintenance
Our Group’s in-house Maintenance Team allows residents to feel secure in the knowledge that their home’s regular wear and tear will be well taken care of. The Maintenance Team perform regular inspections of all equipment and facilities, carry out minor repairs in all common areas, both interior and exterior, including plumbing and electrical repairs, and air conditioning and heating maintenance, and make sure that each property remains in good working order.
