At Askanis Group, we are pleased to share the latest construction progress at OPALION, our contemporary residential development in Limassol.
Significant milestones have been achieved across the project, with internal apartment finishes advancing steadily and preparations underway for the opening of the OPALION Show Flat this June.
Internal Works Progress
Construction activities continue according to schedule, with substantial progress recorded throughout the building:
- Masonry, plaster and screed works completed
- Apartment internal finishes progressing steadily
- Carpentry, gypsum, paintwork and tiling works underway
- Mechanical and electrical installations continuing across the project

External Works Advancing
Alongside the interior works, progress continues externally across the development:
- Boundary wall works completed
- External infrastructure works progressing
- Scaffolding removal underway
