OPALION – Latest Project Update
A closer look at OPALION as construction moves steadily towards completion.
We are pleased to share the latest construction progress at OPALION, with several important milestones already achieved across both buildings.
CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Both buildings have now had their thermal envelope installed throughout, marking an important milestone in the construction process.
Full waterproofing works for Block A, including the roof, have been completed, while Block B is scheduled to be fully waterproofed by the end of September.
The aluminium works on the first floors of both blocks were completed in July, with installation on the second floors scheduled to begin in mid-September.
External finishing and cladding works, including grafiato and HPL, are currently approximately 50% complete and are scheduled to be completed by November.
This will allow the full dismantling of the scaffolding and the commencement of external works in the parking, gym and playground areas.
Internally, ceramic tiling and marble flooring and cladding are progressing throughout both blocks and are scheduled to be completed by the end of September, including the common areas.
The first carpentry shipment has arrived from Italy, with installation scheduled to begin next week. All carpentry works are currently targeted for completion by January 2027.
