Askanis Group is looking for a Junior Site Engineer / Assistant Site Engineer to join our team in Limassol.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate and coordinate with clients regarding requirements, changes, and variations /
additional works.
- Carry out measurements on site and assist with quantity calculations and maintaining project
records.
- Read, create, and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical instructions.
- Assist with material ordering, deliveries, and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Provide instructions to site personnel and assist with the day-to-day supervision of works.
- Support the Project Manager with the daily management and coordination of the project.
- Prepare and update drawings and details using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with the general administrative management of the
project.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Very good written and spoken English. -
Very good knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and
Word.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Good communication, organisational, and numerical skills.
- Willingness to work primarily on site and be practically involved in projects.
- Responsibility, initiative, and willingness to learn.
- A driving licence will be considered an additional qualification.

- The Role
The Junior Interior Designer will be responsible for managing the customer journey from the purchase of their home until its delivery.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for purchasers regarding all material selections, upgrades and customisations to their apartment, working closely with suppliers, subcontractors and the company's technical team.
- Key Responsibilities
• Guide customers through the selection of materials and finishes, including:
o Tiles
o Sanitary ware
o Light fittings
o Parquet flooring
o Other materials and upgrade options
• Arrange and attend meetings with approved suppliers.
• Coordinate with kitchen, wardrobe and carpentry suppliers to finalise designs and specifications.
• Prepare basic interior design proposals, including:
o False ceilings
o Drywall partitions
o Minor layout modifications
o Bespoke carpentry solutions
• Liaise with architects, engineers, site managers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the successful implementation of customer selections.
• Prepare quotations and cost estimates for additional works and variations.
• Manage customer approvals and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor the implementation of approved variations during construction.
• Prepare invoices for additional works.
• Maintain a complete record of each customer's selections and variations.
- Required Qualifications
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Interior Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Good knowledge of residential interior design and finishing materials.
• Ability to prepare basic interior layout and design proposals.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Very good command of both Greek and English.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar software will be considered an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driving licence.

• Previous experience in real estate, construction or interior design.
• Knowledge of the Russian language.
• Experience working with high-end or demanding clients.
