The Villas

Each house is split into five levels, serviced by both a staircase and a private lift. The lowest floor is located below public road level and comprises the majority of the external garden areas of each house. Each house is accessed by the next floor which is at public road level. The other three levels extend above road level and include all the primary spaces of each house. Please read further for a level by level description of the villas.

Garden Level
At garden level internally, the villa comprises a guest/maid’s room with ensuite bathroom and a flexible-use utility area which includes an other guest bathroom with shower.
Externally on this level one can find the pool, covered terrace and garden area.

Entrance Level
At entrance level internally each villa has its own private entrance foyer with access to the private lift and staircase. Each villa can be entered via the front pavement or the lower level parking. In addition to the above each villa also has direct access to its garden level (level 1) from this level externally as shown in the drawing below.
Each villa has two exclusive allocated parking spots.
Bedroom Level
At this level there are 2 comfortable ensuite bedrooms and a large ensuite master bedroom. The 5.50x3.85m master bedroom has its own south-facing veranda of 16.5m2 with sea and city views.
Living and Dining Level
This level comprises the kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace.
