The company owns a modern fleet of machinery, which is operated and maintained by qualified operators and technicians, and is actively deployed on all its construction sites. The company proudly stands as one of the very few contractors in Cyprus who own and operate a high quality fleet of high-rise construction enabling machines. In addition to its own equipment the company maintains a network of specialist subcontractors who own and operate heavy machinery necessary for the execution of the large scale projects which the company is involved in.

Cranes & Hoists
As part of its ability to deal with high rise projects the company operates a number of tower cranes, manufactured by the two industry leaders (Germany’s Liebherr and France’s Potain) and also operates a state of the art goods and personnel hoist (industrial lift) manufactured by the Swedish specialist Alimak.

Earth moving & excavation equipment
Although the company outsources major excavation works it keeps a fleet of earth moving and excavation equipment manufactured by well-known heavy machinery specialists such as Bomag, Atlas Copco and Ingersoll Rand. These excavators, dumpers and rollers are usually utilised for fine earthworks such as finish grading on large excavations.

Equipment for concrete frame construction
All the necessary equipment for concrete frame construction such as scaffolding, formwork, rebar benders and casting accessories are constantly renewed and kept in large numbers.

In addition to the above heavy equipment, the company also keeps all the necessary equipment and accessories for internal/external finishing and fit-out.
