One of our plush maisonettes has three internally connected floors and enjoys its own indoor swimming pool with hydro massage water jets at the far end decorated with a rainforest marquetry made in mosaic.

This luxurious property also enjoys an exquisite wine cellar and wine tasting room both built in antique baroque style with the use of bricks and old ceramic tiles lending verisimilitude to the ambience.

This maisonette additionally has a private and sound insulated cinema room equipped with the latest technology, designed grandiloquently to create the impression that you are actually seated in a cinema hall.

Adding to the above private facilities, this richly designed property is replete with its own hammam, tastefully designed in the domed style, complete with mosaics and its own private sauna. Arm yourselves in your private Hammam with the famous Moroccan black soap and use it copiously, after which you can get your skin exfoliated.

The first thing that strikes you as you enter the maisonette is the large and bright living and dining area decorated in tranquil and smooth creamy colours and the plenitude of natural light, let in by the large windows, that ensconce you in surreal outdoor freedom even when within the maisonette.
