Askanis Group Headquarters in Limassol
In 2018 our company was awarded a contract by Medochemie pharmaceutical industry to construct a new multimillion Euro logistics facility in its Limassol industrial estate to support its ever growing international presence. Spread over an area in excess of 6,000 square meters, the complex will include steel hangar and reinforced concrete structures to house its various activities. State of the art inventory management equipment will be integrated into the facility during construction on a very demanding 6-month schedule requiring the coordination of specialist suppliers from various parts of the world. Construction began in October 2018 and completion is scheduled for July 2019.

Among the numerous projects undertaken by Antonis Askanis Ltd, are the private buildings for Windsor Brokers Ltd, Nousis Centre and the Micheal Colin Atkins Offices and shops- all of which are multi-storey developments consisting of shops and offices, in the centre of Limassol.
Dena House Building on Agia Zoni, Limassol
Winsdor Broker's building houses the headquarters of an international firm in Limassol. The building comprises 2 basements constructed adjacent to 2 existing buildings on either side of the site as well as a main arterial road to the South. Excavation retaining was achieved through the use of gunnite and injection anchors. Construction cost 3,500,00EUR over a 17 month period.
Windsor Brokers' Building, Limassol
Ever since the early 90s, the company has been involved in a number of commercial projects for clients in the retail, heavy industry and services sectors. Projects include the headquarters of major banks such as the Bank of Cyprus, Alpha Bank, Cyta, ex-Marfin Laiki Bank and the Electricity Authority without any disruption to normal business functions in the existing buildings. Projects also include central offices of local and international firms, industrial units, department stores and restaurants.
